shouldn't they have only offered them free from 7 to 11?

I found this out accidentally as we headed up to Buffalo. We pulled over at a 7-11 to get a map because we were having a serious disagreement with our GPS. Then I discovered I could have a free slurpee. First slurpee I've had in 30+ years, but it was delicious!
