Happy New Year to all FWISers! May 2017 be a good year.

The prov. gov't has said Happy New Year with cap and trade kicking in. Price at the pumps up 4.3 cents/litre, home heating $5 - 6/month (natural gas) and likely the price of everything going up. They did remove the prov. tax from hydro bills, but in the end we'll end up paying more. :cuss: WooHoo! My first rant of the year taken care of. :cheer:
