The prov. gov't has said Happy New Year with cap and trade kicking in. Price at the pumps up 4.3 cents/litre, home heating $5 - 6/month (natural gas) and likely the price of everything going up. They did remove the prov. tax from hydro bills, but in the end we'll end up paying more.
