The lady put a post on the R&E board and gave the url to this site. Otherwise I'd still be looking at the "Forbidden" message every time I clicked on FWIS 2.0 Index on my favorites bar.

Thank you for all the work you have done on this site. One of my greatest pleasures in retiring was being able to forget most of the HTML I learned in order to create and maintain my boss's website.
