He started his career in screwing over the guys that did the work that he took personal credit for back in his engineering days.

That was just part of the scheme. Look at how many tech companies such as Google, Apple, and Intel lobby to allow foreign tech workers into the country on special visa's. They claim they can't get enough qualified tech workers and need to import them. In reality what they can't get is enough people who want to earn less money so they hire people from Pakistan and other parts of the world who are willing to work for half of what a Canadian or U.S. trained tech worker will work for. And if the imported workers cause any problems they can always withdraw support for the Visa and have them deported.

Sadly, they do this crap in the healthcare industry too with nurses.
