is Junior really that much of a Nutjob?

Apparently, this piece of "News" has been bouncing around for a month or so.

The Washington Post thinks its bunk, and makes very valid points IMHO.

In any case, it's not like Junior's image outside NK would make people believe he wouldn't literally feed his uncle to the dogs.

Chances are Jr is a Nutjob by our standards. But, if you look at it from his POV he has to establish the fact that he is the guy in charge. It was paramount that he neutralize anyone who might have been a successor to his father on the off chance that some of the old guard might rally to that person. His uncle probably had too much power and too many relationships with those in power to safely ignore if Jr wanted to last 60 years as a benevolent dictator.

He may even have encouraged rumors about feeding his uncle's body to the dogs just to re-enforce the image that he can ruthless and very nasty. I mean if he would feed his own uncle to the dogs what would he do to someone who wasn't related?

So NK's economy is so bad that they are feeding unwanted relatives to their dogs.
When the economy gets that bad it's really time to change management.

Meh, IMHO, he is just one notch below the portrayal of his Daddy in "Team America World Police" :P

Well, yeah, that's not why I think he's a nutjob though, palace intrigues are normal everywhere, dictatorships or not.....

Actually, the rumor is that he locked his uncle in a cage with the dogs and then the dogs mauled him to death and ate him. Whether he encouraged those rumors to make sure everyone knows he's a ruthless action movie bad guy or not, With his current image most people would believe it readily.
