So, how about my supervisor got a giant $10 million grant from the Canadian government to build a huge, world-class astronomical computing center. BUT a few million of that was matched by the Ontario government, which said they couldn't guarantee we'd still get the money after the election. Aka, if PC won, it wasn't expected to be good for science funding.

So yeah, we'll see how this goes.
