I just stumbled into this: Wall Street Journal explains how to go broke on $400k a year

One of the links it had was an article by an LA Times columnist: The WSJ again wrings its hands over our struggling 1%

The original WSJ article is here

I usually don't care how much the 1% makes. Just don't expect me to feel sorry for them if they screw up. Or as the LA Times dude says:

Articles like this fall into the category of reverse econ-porn. They offer the chance not to salivate over the lifestyles of the rich and famous, but to chortle over their heedlessness and stupidity. Fine: give us this glimpse into how high earners can spend their way to ruin. Just don't ask us to feel sorry for them.

Edited to fix link to the Toilet Paper.... errr WSJ article (and again to include this)

If the Wall Street Journal was printed on toilet paper I wouldn't use it to wipe my ass.
