Fake vaccination programs

Yes, it's real. They set up a bogus vaccination program in Pakistan, for intelligence gathering. And now people wonder why nobody trusts the US abroad.
But of course, this was necessary. Absolutely vital and necessary. For defending peace and freedom and apple pie! etc. etc.
(At this point, I could seriously wonder if the CIA has been taken over by Satan, or something.)
