Tom Hayden

Tom Hayden died. A founder of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), a member of the Chicago Seven/Eight, married to Jane Fonda, a traitor to many because of his visits to North Vietnam (including with Fonda) during the war, Hayden was one of the pivotal anti-war, anti-racism activists of his time, which was a turbulent time indeed. RIP

Listened to the story on NPR one morning this week. Realized I hadn't heard his name in quite a while.
Look for the Helpers. You will always find people who are helping.
