Workers in the Staten Island warehouse voted to form the company's first union:

I'm also just quietly impressed that this was pushed forward by people in the warehouse themselves without an outside major union to help etc. Good for them!

It is a good sign that, perhaps, people are starting to realize that the power equation between management and labor cannot be individually negotiated.
