The federal govt says that hospitals must provide abortion as a treatment when it's necessary to save a patient's life. This is required by federal law, and they will actually enforce it: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/ ... -abortions
Kind of bare minimum and took way too long (between Roe being repealed and the federal govt making this statement, people have literally died of sepsis because doctors wouldn't give them an abortion quickly enough). But it's... Literally anything. Literally anything is nice right now.
