I'll note though that per the post you linked, a worm doing this would be super unusual and we are only going on his say-so. So who knows if that's really the case considering all the other batshit stuff he says, it doesn't sound like he actually went to confirm it's a benign tumor or not. Either would certainly result in a personality change though.

TL;DR it's not really clear given how much of a bullshit artist RFK Jr is, but some of this might be lies or exaggerations he was spouting during divorce proceedings to screw his ex wife out of child support. His same ex wife who committed suicide before the proceedings were resolved.

So, the actual answer is probably "sexism".
