There's only one reason why I don't think he should executed: to make sure Al-Quaeda & Co. don't use him as a martyr.
So, I hope he spends the rest of his life in Death Row doing appeals and that he dies before they run their course.

Maj Hasan has refused to call anyone to the stand and questioned only three of the 90 prosecution witnesses.
