I had back troubles in my early 20's. One incident like you are describing--laid out for 4 days. After that I started seeing an Osteopath, and had a series of manipulative therapy. I started feeling better right away and after diligiently doing floor exercises he prescribed for a couple year, I have had minimal trouble since.

Hey.... the boots are Clarks... both are excellent in the way of support! I don’t wear heels any more (well... nothing over about an inch and a half) because of foot issues. But I swear, all I did was let the dogs in that night!

i don't work for microsoft. i work for cascadia analytics, the pacific northwest's premier analytical services corporation. drugs were not involved. they were ethical pharmaceuticals. ater all, i'd just been under the knife.

That was in the 80s: "Sex, Drugs and Unix" after the 90s it became: "Aspirin, Condoms and POSIX" :P
