Anybody with a little more than passing knowledge on the field will tell you this.
So, why do I bother mentioning it?
Because if it takes someone of the caliber of Bruce Schenier to make people in the business understand this simple fact it tells you how ignorant they are.

Any security system is always broken by the weakest link. Usually that's people.
