Just another global warming panic session where the Larsen C shelf is soon going to collapse.

No need to panic though, the Ross shelf is stable. Even when it does break there will be no need to panic because sea levels won't rise instantly. When they do rise we don't need to panic because at that point all the law makers will be dead or retired. It's what is important in the next year or two that is key. Not the distant future. Oh yeah, lets also cut funding for climate research. That way we won't get to hear any bad news and then we don't have to act on it. Win Win!!

Hey, at least if the US goes full Fascist, the Republicans' Thousand Year Reich will get cut short by flooding.

Meanwhile Goldman Sachs and other mega corporations are buying up property miles from the current beach fronts. Rumor has it that they plan to profit from the newly created beaches when the coastlines start becoming submersed.

Seriously though, this is bad shit. With Fascist global warming deniers in power in the US, the odds of modern civilization surviving the next century are... probably not very good.

Sometimes I think we'd be better off with primitive society. One that looks after the Earth. Just have to keep the sociopaths under control.

Strangely enough they seem to be particularly good at surviving and manipulating populations. I am still trying figure out why Momma Nature created them.

Mother nature also provided the perfect solution too, people who would happily fix the problem.
