Excercise

I've started trying to lose weight I gained after closing the restaurant.
I've gone from 183 to 206 in a very short time.

I was doing so well up until two days ago, when I had to do flooring.
About 1200 squats in two days, hammering, plus lifting (moved 1000 pounds of floor boards about three times now), climbing stairs etc.
I weighed this morning, 213 pounds!
I gained 7 pounds in three days.
Interestingly, I lost a lot of fat.
Pinch test on my thighs is about 6mm, same as my arms.
Lost a lot in my stomach as well.

So I lost fat, gained muscle and got an increase in overall weight of 7 pounds.
I've heard it was impossible to gain muscle so fast.
So I did some research.

Found this: muscle growth

According to the author people have put back 20 pounds of muscle in a month or two.
The key being that they had muscle memory to rely on.

Ok, so I'm not really a freak! Its just a normal occurrence for some groups of people, which I fall into.

While I can't find sources to back this up, it makes sense.
Still, 7 pounds gain in three days seems a lot, more so when the fat loss is taken into account.

He's not lying. I compared him to the Sam Raimi Spider Man with the whole overnight transition. Very freaky. Glad there's a nice scientific explanation for it. :D It's also fun to watch.
