If anyone likes a well-scripted cop show, check out Bosch. Four seasons so far. The main character makes the show - played by Titus Welliver - but several of the supporting cast are excellent as well. Amazon Prime

Random, but is it based on the Michael Connelly (sp) writer's character? He makes some appearances in the Lincoln Lawyer series too, but my dad enjoyed the Bosch books.

According to Wiki, the TV writers were 'inspired' by those books.
