Read the book this summer, and went to go see the film last night with friends. Really a fun one! Go see it! (We then had a big debate on who liked which one more, Interstellar or The Martian, with a pretty even split.)

Fun trivia tidbit btw, they filmed The Martian in Budapest. Because Hungary clearly looks like Mars.

I have plans to see it this week, avoiding the weekend rush.

We saw it Friday. We all three loved it and plan to see it again. It is one he|| of alot better than that stink bomb Gravity.

I had heard it was filmed in Jordan. Turns out we're both right. It was filmed on many sets in one of the largest sound stages in the world in Budapest. But the Martian landscape scenes were filmed in the desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan.

I plan to read the book. It will be one of 2 fiction books I will have read in the last 20 years.
