Wow. I actually thought he died a long time ago.

Funny, that's how I thought he died. I guess we might be from an alternate timeline. Oh well. At least Elvis is still going. It'll be a sad day when the king is gone.

We visited the Rock Hall Saturday. Fats Domino was inducted in the first class in 1986. Billy Joel inducted him in a moving speech crediting Domino with proving the piano was a rock and roll instrument. Elvis, James Brown, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ray Charles, and Buddy Holly were all in that inaugural class. It was pretty stacked.
