So there are a couple of threads here about songs stuck in your head. There's always a song stuck in my head. Sometimes more than one at the same time. Most of Saturday a song was flirting with my conscious brain but just when I think I had it, The Who's "Just Another Tricky Day" would drown it out. I was sure it was an old Stevie Winwood tune. We finally got home Saturday night and I started googling. Turns out I was absolutely flat wrong. It was Gary Wright's "Love Is Alive." Yes Gary "Dream Weaver" Wright. What a boner.

So... you just constantly hear the sound of music?

Yeah, actually pretty much. I'll often catch myself grinding my teeth to the bass or drum line of the song playing in my head.
