The Country Music Association awards (heretofore known as the CMA's) will be presented on Nov 6.
There are 12 sound engineers keeping the show sounding good.
There are 2 control room engineers telling the 12 what needs doing.
One of those two is a friend of mine, Ms Laura Turner from over Richmond IN or thereabouts.
She's been doing country/gospel shows/recording sessions for 20+ years, and recently
has been doing duty as chief sound engineer for The Grand Ole Opry.
The lady knows her stuff, that's fer sure...
Three cheers for her!!!
