Well I just had to find out about it, and got this:

Other than the obvious: a woman that seems of hindu (or Indian) descent singing a nursery rhyme about "niggers" and the obvious humorous remark Deon Cole makes "wasn't it ten little indians?" :P, there is something else to it.

There was a variation on the original nursery rhyme called "Ten Little Niggers" which was adapted in 1869 from the original and made popular in Europe in the 19th century by Christy's Minstrels who performed as a BlackFace Group.

And there is an Agatha Christie Novel that is now known as And Then There Were None, it was originally called "Ten Little Niggers" in reference to the above.

I must say that if Cole wrote the material for the skit he sure dived into the stuff :)

It could be. But, I am inclined to think it was more of a satire than reality. There was a nursery rhyme(?) when I was a wee lad that did have something about 10 little Indians. Sigma posted the link that has the words to the original counting song.
