By back is killing me

We all need to hear it... here's the place to share it...

By back is killing me

Postby vendic » Tue Dec 22, 2015 3:07 am

The good news is that I did a load of work which I wasn't able to for a long time. That's what caused the pain.
Carrying crushed rock down a slope. Digging, making a (small) retainer, leveling the rock, lifting the ride on to change the belt and then putting it back down. That thing is heavy.
So I'm well on my way to getting back to my old self. :)
Thanks for all the fish.

Good that you're feeling well enough to hurt yourself. ;)

Good News... In a painful sort of way.
