I realize most of you cannot come to the event because you're saving time for FWIS FWY and I'm very OK with that. But the event is slowly starting to shape up. We have a band. We're getting comedians. We have people mailing and dropping off donations (slow but sure) and have a pretty good crew (could use one or two hands more but I can fill in gaps).

My FB page will have on-going updates. Paul will be doing a stand up (or sit down) routine as part of his "thank yous" ( eek ... no political correctness)

Tentative timeline July 12

6:30- 7:15 Chris Abbey (Acoustic)
7:15 - 7:35 Maia Alexandra (Dance)
7:35 - 8:00 Announcements, promos on raffles/auction, etc (shopping time for patrons)
8:00-8:45 Tara's Fire (Celtic Rock)
8:45 - 9:00 - Oolima (Dance)
9:00 - 10:00 Comedy/ Key note (I'm working on the break down for this portion yet, but this is where Paul gets time to address the audience and the comedians make a mess of things..as they should - likely raffle winners, etc.)
10:00 - 10:15 Oolima (Dance)
10:15 - 11:00 Ginger Doss (Tribal Chakra)

Question Z - if the restaurant that said they'd give us finger food poops out do you think you can come up with a finger snack for the event? That way we just need to leave it around the room with toothpicks and napkins (frugal)

I am making two bags of meatballs two ways and grabbing two veggie trays. Trying to avoid things that make a mess since we have to clean up.

Depending on how tired Paul gets I may have to go home (or send someone home with him) and come back for that part of things.

What type of vehicle are ya'll driving? I have a reason for asking other than an option as to where to hide bodies.

Just make sure you take some allergy medicine before we get there. FZ can't handle allergies.
