yeah they called the other day wanting to talk about the problem with our account (the problem being that I got my credit card company on their ass about the work they charged us $200 for that shut us out for months). I told them I couldn't talk ... (and have no intention to do so).

Cannot wait to fire their arses. Brite / SFC let me know when I can tell them to close it down.

I've already fully backed up the site twice.

Pretty sure we won't lose our data even now.

Give me to close of business today (Pacific time) so I can back up one more time to the desk top, and fire them in the AM...
