Friggin' psychopath- at least she knows she should never be released and admits it (but then my understanding of the psychology there is she's viewing it as a way to project a certain image now that the game is up, most likely).

Also, satanic cult appears to be the oldest trick in the book- has anyone ever actually been murdered by a satanic cult, and is there any evidence for their existence?

I just remember reading about how in the various moral panics of the 70s/80s people were always worried about them, and I just always had a hard time believing anyone really took them seriously because I've yet to hear about them in real life.

Not only do I not believe a satanic cult is involved here, I don't believe she's this awesomely successful serial killer that didn't get caught until now. She supposedly started at 13 and now she gets caught when they're doing something really ridiculous like strangling and stabbing a guy in their car.

She definitely needs to be locked up, but I think she's an attention whore more than anything else. Sounds like serious mental illness to me. Not sure if it falls under psychopath however.

He has frequently billed himself as Satan and/or as doing the work that the devil directed him to do. While his "family" has never been called a satanic cult much of what Charles Manson advocated was straight out of the satanic cult handbook. Assuming they had one.

Truthfully, most of what society believes about satanic cults comes from movies like Rosemary's Baby and etc. In actuality, in my opinion, most Satan worshipers are more anti-christian than they are pro-evil worship the devil for the power types. And there are probably some (especially teenage boys) who do it because they heard the orgies are awesome.
