Blue cheese

Can't have a bar without a Grill... So here's where we discuss great (and no so great) food. The good, the bad and the "even the dog won't eat it" mistakes of our culinary attempts...

Blue cheese

Postby vendic » Mon May 02, 2016 3:12 am

Initially I kept saying I hate the stuff.
Then I'd keep trying it when people brought it out and I was like, normally I don't like this stuff but this is really good.
After a string of these statements, it turns out that I actually like blue cheese. Seems now I can't find one I don't like.
So officially I have changed my opinion.
I like moldy cheese.
Going to go get some right now in fact. probably with some aged cheddar and pickled herring.
I hated this stuff when I was younger.
OMFG!
I just realised, I'm officially old!
Thanks for all the fish.

no, no, no. you're older. that's quite different.

and, as one who works with numbers, may I point out that age is just a number. therefore, you must pick one that you like.

I'm old, but I still don't like blue cheese. And I have nothing against mold, I just don't like the taste.

I must have been old when I was young. I have loved bleu cheese (especially salad dressings) since I was a teenager. :cheer:

I came around a while back. Gobbled a bunch on crackers Sunday at my Mom and Sister's birthday celebration. But I love it best stuffed into olives soaking in vodka.

I am going to do this and see if the mil and wifey approve.
If not, the worst that can happen is I get plastered! :)
