A devastating review

So... what are you reading these days? Anything good??

A devastating review

Some of you have probably read The Name of the Wind (Patrick Rothfuss).

You may be thinking of reading the sequel (The Wise Man's Fear).

Don't. Read this review instead. It has spoilers, but you won't regret it; they will save you a lot of trouble.

If you want to pass on that review, to have an unspoiled experience of the second book... Be my guest. But don't yell at me when said second book disappoints you.

(And if you have already read The Wise Man's Fear... Well, so have I. I feel your pain. )

Hmm. The Name of the Wind to me. I downloaded a sample on kindle or google play, but didn't get enough into it to want to buy it! So I guess I'll skip both.

11/22/63: go for it. I'll admit that I'm a big King fan and will read everything he releases. But I won't always recommend them to non-die-harders like me. This one I do. It is a page-turner, which doesn't tend to be his style!
