Joining a football team and expecting all the men to change the rules so you can pretend you're as tough as they are is just retarded.
And it makes no sense to me whatsoever. What does fair have to do with it? I'm sure there are some men who wish they could bear children. Well, too fucking bad. We're all different. Quit worrying about what you don't have and celebrate what you do.
I agree (and I must've misspoke earlier about my friend and flag football, for the record- I remember her mentioning being tackled, so yeah it couldn't have been that but I think it was some "easier" form of football). My cousin went jogging in Central Park at night when she lived in NYC cause it's a pretty safe thing to do these days (back in the day it was too dangerous for men
and women- these days there are <10 incidents/year, in the non-lit areas), and cycle home in Amsterdam in the wee hours of the morning with no issue. If I didn't know the area I probably wouldn't, but it's quite safe to do so.
Men are actually
far more likely to be mugged/ robbed/ victims of violent crime, in large part because society teaches them that it's ok for them to walk home alone at night through bad areas whereas it's just common sense for both men and women to not do so (yes, more women are assaulted, but that's only by strangers 10% of the time). Instead of just shaming women shouldn't we just teach
everyone common sense?
Yes, I have a life. It's quite different from yours.
