So much love

We all need to hear it... here's the place to share it...

So much love

Postby pumpkinpi » Thu Mar 20, 2014 2:53 pm

How is it that I can love my kids SO FRAKKING MUCH?

Happy 2nd birthday my dear Russter/Rooster/Rose.

And Buster continues to amaze me every day with what he's learned and what he can figure out on his own. He's particularly good with numbers and spatial skills.

1. because that's how we're wired
and/or
2.because they're wonderful

i remember how overwhelming the feeling of love was when i first saw elliot.

all the best to you and your beautiful, wonderful family on this happy day.
and still i persist in wondering whether folly must always be our nemesis. edgar pangborn

come gentle night. come loving black browed night
give me my romeo. and when he shall die
take him and cut him out in little stars
and he will make the face of heaven so fine
that all will be in love with night
and pay no worship to the garish sun. william shakespeare

I often tell people mother nature made them cute, cuddly, and adorable so we wouldn't kill them before they grew up. :cheer:

A mother's love is the quality that prevents her from eating her young at birth -- someone, I can't remember who...

you may not always like your kids but love comes with the package. You can't put it down and you can't stop caring any more than you could stop breathing. I told my sister that when you have a child there is a contract with the Universe that is hard to explain to someone who has none.
