(one would think that bouncing around like a demented ping pong ball 5 days a week would be plenty but no. one must also do a weight-bearing routine.) can you guess where i'll be tomorrow at 8?

and i apologize for the fact that i was not clear. i am not a gym rat. my favorite exercise is a good brisk sit. yes, the endorphin rush when the class leader says, 'that's it, guys. have a good day.' is amazing. however i go to the pool (and now the gym) because it's healthy. with the same enthusiasm that i bring to flossing.

As to 'that time of year', the only umbrage that I can take with you is the quality of your character, compassion and strength that serves to show how lacking my own is in comparison.
