And completely deserved, too.

When I first saw that, I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair.

But we're trying to be health conscious these days, so we're trying to avoid fried foods!

Fired food!
We had ribs last night.
SFC found a rack really cheap and it fed the three of us for dinner.
But we've now had too much meat so are progressing towards vegetarian food.
Of course once we're on the boat, we'll be adding fish. Fish here is just not worth buying.
Speaking of which, chicken and pork in this area is cheaper than veggies. But they pack so much fluid into the meat that when cooked it shrinks to half the size. I'm not kidding. We had chicken thighs the other day that I did Greek style and they were huge when I put them in but after they were cooked they were about two mouthfuls for me each. Something around here has changed. Only a year or so ago we didn't have that happening.
Thanks for all the fish.

Yeah - when he was getting ready to do the thighs, he was only going to cook four, but I insisted he cook all eight, because I had a feeling they would shrink. Unfortunately, I was right.
