I don't know what it's like to live in those parts of Pakistan, so I can't judge whether the Pakistani security was inept, or otherwise. Certainly this article doesn't provide a basis. And mentioning that Bin Laden's car was pulled over for speeding as some sort of opportunity to capture him is just foolish. Do you think every Pakistani policeman was scrutinizing every speeder, jaywalker or whatever in case it might be Bin Laden?

I have no doubt the Pakistani government and the various agencies in that government have 'issues' with divided loyalties.

Oh, I'm calling them wanker because of these:

A version of the report leaked to al-Jazeera says the killing of Bin Laden by US forces was a "criminal act of murder" ordered by the US president.

It was also commissioned to investigate the Pakistani intelligence services' failure to detect CIA activity on its soil in the run-up to the raid "that culminated in the avoidable humiliation of the people of Pakistan".

The report also voiced harsh criticism of the Navy Seal raid on Abbottabad, describing it as an "American act of war" and Pakistan's "greatest humiliation" since East Pakistan seceded in 1971.

It quotes officials as saying that Pakistan air force jets were scrambled to shoot down the US helicopters, but too late.

I can understand that they might feel humiliated, well they need to be.
The worlds most wanted fugitive was living under their noses for years and a foreign power found him instead.
As for the raid being secret, totally agree.
There is not a hope in hell I would let Pakistan know that a raid on Osama was imminent.
That's the fastest way to seal its failure.

Then there's the first quote calling Obama a murderer.
Is Pakistan's human rights record is so good they can pull a murderer accusation without it having the stench of hypocrisy? Obviously not.

Hence wankers. :D
