RIP Don Rickles

Probably known more recently to the younger crowd as "Mr. Potato Head" from the Toy Story series, he was a comedic icon for decades. He could reduce Johnny Carson to tears and even get a smile out of Frank Sinatra. Good Bye you old hockey puck.

I've been watching some of his stuff on Dean Martin's Celebrity Roast. That show was a hoot and Rickles provided some of the best laughs.

Don Rickles was an old fashioned comedian who understood the value of being able to laugh with others and at himself.
