I saw a news report yesterday. Brazil and the U.S. are cozying up to each other. A reporter asked the Brazilian president if he and Trump had discussed basing U.S. troops in Brazil to help aid reach Venezuela. There was some rather vague statements from both Trump and Bolsonaro. "All options are on the table" , mutter, mutter...

There was also mention of Brazil becoming an associate of NATO.

Apparently it's not that easy. And remember: Trump, to put it mildly, over-promises and under- delivers. And that's when he's not talking out of his ass. Bolsonaro keeps his nose up Trump's butt at his own risk.

Naw, he won cause the commies before him screwed the pooch with the economy. And the traditional right wing parties are seen as corrupt as well. He presented himself as the "problem solver" that would "shake up things" (yeah, just like Trump and Chavez, and just as crude as them too ).
