I remember that on one of the old Iterations of FWIS I complained about Dick Chenney confusing Venezuela with Peru.I must say, that this makes Chenney's gaffe like a small slip of the tongue.

Our Glorious Two Legged Ass, who spent the whole time on the video praising Cuba confused the Cuban Flag with the Puerto Rican one while joining them as some sort of symbolic gesture.

To make it even more pathetic, Nicky "The Ass" Ripe was talking at a ceremony where a Literary Prize was being awarded to a PUERTO RICAN author.

In the last few days he's done a couple more of gaffes like that. I think that he's trying to imitate Chavez. Unfortunately for him, it's just making him look even more ridiculous.
