Buster's 4!

Buster's 4!

Postby pumpkinpi » Mon Sep 02, 2013 9:15 pm

It's been a wonderful day of celebrating.

The boys are deep into construction of the Death Star. Buster is obsessed with Lego Star Wars, and MrPi loves feeding his obsession. I don't even want to know the amount of $$ he's spent on sets. When the Death Star is done, I'm going to take a picture of all of them. Then you'll know what I mean!

I like how that set prominently has 14+ written on it  I'm guessing right now it's more a "Mr. Pi builds, Buster plays with pieces and tries to fetch what dad needs" kind of collaboration? That's how mine were for the complex sets at that age. :)
Yes, I have a life. It's quite different from yours.

Probably a case of thread derailment. Notice that the diversion occurs in a tangent to the fact that Buster is either 4 years old or there are 4 Busters. A total threadjacking IMO occurs when the change of topic has NOTHING to do with the original thread topic in any way. :D

Cutest thing just happened. Buster occasionally gets attached to a woodchip or a rock in his daycare playyard, and brings it home. One time one of his teachers wrote his name on it. It ended up in my car's cupholder.

This morning when I got in to my office I looked down at my desk, and there it was! It had gotten stuck in the bottom of my Starbucks cup, and stayed there the whole walk from my parking lot.

And there I was feeling guilty about not bike riding and getting a coffee this morning. Instead, I got this little smile to start the day.

Last night Buster said, "When I die, I'm going to run quickly into the living room."
