I confess I wasn't as impressed with Casey Affleck as much as I was by all the other actors around him. Don't get me wrong, he wasn't bad at it, but I was just so blown away by the kid and his ex wife by comparison, and it seems a shame that neither of them got an Academy Award if Affleck did.
I also wonder how many tourists Manchester by the Sea will be getting this year, as I'll be damned if that wasn't one of the most adorable seaside New England towns I've seen! Was definitely thinking that something very bad would've happened for Affleck to run away from there...
